At stockdaddyhyderabad.in, we have customized courses according to the need of the students/ user/customers/learner that is provided by us. That in order to further support our students/user/customers for their future growth, we under our “Learn & Get Funded by StockDaddy” program started a initiative to provide an amount up to Rs.10 Lakhs as per our strict terms and conditions, to our leaner/students/user/customers. Eligibility Criteria or General Conditions to Enroll That the “Learn & Get Funded by StockDaddy” program is strictly for those students/user/customers/learner who opts for Level 1 or the Level 2 combo courses. That the funding will be provided to only those students/user/customers/learner who will strictly complete the course as offered by StockDaddy - EaseMyTrade Private Limited under the above said Program. That the batches will commence only after 100% payment to the combo course. That the students/user/customers/learner strictly adhere to mandatory 70% attendance criteria. That after completing the combo course the students/user/customers/leaner will go through an Common Trading Test which is mandatory to avail the offer. That the examination/test will be in the form of all batches combined common module test. That the examination will be conducted in both Hindi and English and shall be conducted virtually/online. That the examination and its related aspect will be the sole discretion of the StockDaddy - EaseMyTrade Private Limited. That the examination result will be publicly announced and candidates will be ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd to their result and will be funded accordingly. That the funding/prize money is strictly subject to StockDaddy - EaseMyTrade Private Limited discretion and in no case shall exceed more than Rs.10 lakhs.
4: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

You are not authorized to:- copy,modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission; record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer; remove any copyright or other notice of StockDaddy - EaseMyTrade Private Limited on the Course Materials; modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses. Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and / or attending the Course.

Price Range
At stockdaddyhyderabad.in, we have customized courses according to the different courses provided by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. That the pricing detail has been discussed in detail on our website/app/platform.
Duration of Courses
The duration of our online classes and the validity of our online courses are fixed. The course duration and validity are clearly mentioned within the description of these courses.
Refund Policy:-
Online Classes
We follow a strict No Refund policy. To help you make an informed decision, our refund policy has been enumerated in detail on our website/app/platform. You are requested to kindly go through the refund policy before any payment to the courses.
If for some reason you wish to discontinue from the classroom program before the commencement of the first class for the batch that you signed up, we will not refund you’re your booking amount and if entire fees is paid, then we will refund you only 50% of the fees. However, if you discontinue after the commencement of the first class for the batch that you enrolled for, no refund will be made, notwithstanding the number of classes you attended till such time.
If you discontinue before the commencement of the batch, refunds will be processed within 2 months of you notifying us of your decision and the funds will be transferred to your account within 3 months of receiving bank account details from you.
If for some reason, The Stock-daddy decides to discontinue a batch that you have enrolled for, we will refund fees prorated to the number of classes not conducted by Stock-Daddy as per the description of the course when you enrolled for it. The amount to be refunded in such cases will NOT depend on the number of classes you attended in that batch.
Refunds in such instances will be processed within 30 working days of us notifying you of not continuing with the batch and amount will be transferred to your account within 45 working days of receiving bank account details from you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the system requirements, including compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and Internet service, prior to purchasing any content. We are unable to provide refunds where your access to the Products is inhibited due to insufficient system requirements.
We may restrict your access to the Products if you breach these terms, including without limitation:
a) A failure to make any payment due to us; or
b) Failure to provide accurate information that is necessary for us to provide the Products to you
In these circumstances, we will inform you in advance that your access to the Products will be restricted
